This Refund Policy governs all refund-related requests and ensures a transparent and fair process for both clients and experts.
Refunds will be considered under the following conditions:
- The expert failed to conduct the session or deliver the agreed service after confirmed booking.
- The client has made multiple follow-ups without resolution for over 5 business days.
- The session was conducted, but the expert was unprofessional, late by more than 20 minutes, or did not offer relevant advice.
- The client provides evidence-based feedback and requests refund within 24 hours of the session.
- Session booking failed due to platform error and payment was deducted.
- Double charges due to technical glitches.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- The client missed or skipped the session without advance cancellation.
- Service was delivered as scheduled and marked complete.
- Dissatisfaction due to difference in business opinion or advice outcome.
- Payment made via third-party discount codes, special campaigns, or limited-time offers.
- Services purchased as part of a bundle, offer, or program (unless otherwise stated).
- All refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of the scheduled session or transaction.
- Requests made after 24 hours will not be entertained.
To request a refund, email us at support@vyaapaarniti.com with:
- Your full name and contact number
- Order/transaction ID
- Reason for refund with proof (if applicable)
- Preferred resolution (refund/replacement/reschedule)
- Once your request is received, our support team will review it within 3–5 working days.
- If approved, refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
- We may request additional documentation or confirmation before processing.
Instead of refunding, we may offer:
- Free rescheduling with the same expert
- Switch to another expert of equivalent value
- Credit balance in your VyaapaarNiti account for future bookings
This helps reduce refund disputes and ensures service completion.
- VyaapaarNiti reserves full right to approve or deny any refund request based on platform records, expert feedback, and user history.
- Repeated refund requests, abusive behavior, or refund misuse may lead to account suspension.
VyaapaarNiti may update this Refund Policy periodically. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of any revised terms.
